Over a billion locust are devouring 200 tons of food everyday as they make their way through Africa and the Middle East. The locust swarm is so dense that it looks black. It is impossible to see outside and it is impossible to walk outside. It is the largest swarm in 25 years. A locust plague will destroy crops and trees and almost every herb and tree, everything green. This locust swarm can travel 4,000 miles in 10 days.
