« Palestinian Polls | Main | New Poll About Israel » Iran's Nukes
By Micah Halpern
Tuesday June 15, 2021 Iran has publicly announced that they have successfully enriched uranium to 60%. The good news, if there is any, is that they did not enrich a large amount of uranium. Their announcement mentioned 6.5 kilos which is 14 pounds of highly enriched uranium. The reality is that Iran is inching toward 90% enriched uranium - which is high weapons grade enrichment. Iranian spokesman Ali Rabiei said that 108 kilo (230 pounds) of uranium has been enriched to 20% already. Israel is nervous. Serious thinkers are nervous. 90% is not simply a number. Once Iran has achieved 90% uranium enrichment, they can mount it on a missile and fly it to Israel causing the deaths of thousands of Israelis. There is good reason to worry.
