By Micah Halpern
Sunday October 24, 2021 Syria regularly executes people convicted of crimes. Recently, Syria executed 24 people. They were convicted of igniting wildfires last year that left three people dead and burnt thousands of hectares (acres) of forests. The fire was devasting. Executions are common in Syria. The Syrian Ministry of Justice said those were executed, "criminals who carried out terrorist attacks that led to deaths and damage to infrastructure and public property." The ministry said that there were another 11 people who were sentenced to life in prison in the same case. Read my latest book THUGS. It's easy. Just click.
