Shin Bet Director Ronen Bar offered a prediction and assessment for the direction of Israel’s safety and security.

Director Bar explained that Israel's political instability and social tensions may "encourage terror groups and enemy states."

According to Bar, "weakening of the Palestinian Authority would require security policy changes and new civil reforms alongside Fatah. Even the Palestinian public supports this move, but you need two for tango."

In other words, while there is Palestinian popular support and while Israelis understand that it takes two to tango and that Palestinian leadership is their dance partner, Palestinian leadership has absolutely no interest in dancing with Israel.
