I've Been Thinking:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that he hoped the Knesset's summer recess would be used as a time to find common ground on the judicial overhaul.
At the start of his weekly cabinet meeting Netanyahu said: "I hope that this time, the opposition would respond to our extended hand to reach agreement."
