Saturday April 16, 2005 I've Been Thinking: Things are moving along in Lebanon. The Lebanese Parliament just appointed a new prime minister. I think the new prime minister just might have what it takes to succeed. Mikati knows that it is impossible to cut off all contact with Syria. The future Lebanese PM should also know that he must be a unifying force between those wanting to sever all contact with Syria and those who want continued interaction.
