Sunday February 17, 2008 I've Been Thinking: Russia has decided to double the manpower in the Busher nuclear plant in Iran. They claim that Busher needs more trained workers in order to bring it on line by the Fall of 2008. Russia is playing both ends against one another, a game they are very good at.
