Tuesday July 1, 2008 I've Been Thinking: I am always intrigued when Arab leaders express envy. So imagine my surprise when I heard the following from Walid Mouallem, Syria's foreign minister: "As a private citizen, I wish Syria had this program quite simply because Israel has made huge advances in its manufacturing of nuclear bombs."
