« THE FACES OF OUR LEADERS | Main | Michael Jackson Tops Arab Headlines » The Arab World & Iran
By Micah Halpern
Thursday June 25, 2009 I've Been Thinking: As the tensions in Iran rise and fall, so goes the rest of the Middle East. All along, the verbal critique hurled by Iran at the rest of the world was a political and religious maneuver. The irony of it all is that no Arab Middle East state would have exercised the relative restrain that Iran is using. There could have been bloodbaths on the streets of Teheran but there aren't. There would have been bloodbaths on the streets of Syria, Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. The Arab world is beginning to speak out about Iran. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=halpern%2C+micah 4 June 2017 12:13 PM in Thoughts
