« Abbas Says: Don't Lift Blockade | Main | Iran Is Sending Ships to Gaza » Ahmadinejad Is Blustering
By Micah Halpern
Monday June 14, 2010 I've Been Thinking: Ahmadinejad has been very busy since the passage of the new sanctions against Iran. This weekend when interviewed by Iranian State TV the Iranian president said that this vote proves the irrelevance of the Security Council. He called it "the end of the Security Council." He said that the purpose of the Council is a "suppressive tool in the hands of world powers." In another interview Ahmadinejad said that the United States and Israel were trying to drive a wedge between Iran and their neighbor Saudi Arabia. Ahmadinejad is blustering - about everything. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=halpern%2C+micah 4 June 2017 12:13 PM in Thoughts
