Thursday March 17, 2011 I've Been Thinking: For the past two days there have been mini protests in Syria. This is revolutionary. There has not been an anti-government protest in Syria in decades. When the first of 40 people gathered outside the Interior Ministry on Tuesday, nothing really happened. The police watched and no protesters were hurt. But then the next day, Wednesday, there was another protest. This time 150 people came to demonstrate and this time the police dispersed them.
