Sunday February 21, 2016 I've Been Thinking: South Korean intelligence has announced that North Korea is planning to disrupt and disturb the West by means of a cyber terror attack. This revelation comes shortly after North Korea launched a satellite during the first week of February. And it comes on the heels of a hydrogen bomb test carried out by North Korea in January. The saving grace is that North Korea is not the most sophisticated electronic and computer savvy military, but it does have resources and can certainly cause damage - especially to South Korean and it can be a serious thorn in the side of the West.
