By Micah Halpern
Wednesday March 24, 2010 I've Been Thinking: The grandson of the Ayatollah Rafsanjani was arrested upon his arrival in Teheran Airport earlier this week. The Ayatollah Rafsanjani was the former president of Iran. Rafsanjani is the chairman of the Assembly of Experts. He is also the chairman of the Expediency Council. These are two of the most significant religious agencies in Iran. These committees confirm the Supreme Leader, and placed the Ayatollah Khamenei in his position. Rafsanjani and his family are threats to the Supreme Leader and his regime. In Iran, threats are carefully and closely scrutinized. Read my new book THUGS. It's easy.
