By Micah Halpern
Monday February 15, 2021 Iran arrested a gang of thieves as they were tunneling into an ancient synagogue in Urmia, a city in the north western region of the country. The gang’s plan was to steal synagogue treasures and then to sell them. In the past, it was Torah scrolls that were stolen from synagogues in Iran. In one case, a Torah was found and returned to its rightful synagogue – all by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps. It was the Iranian Revolutionary Guards that discovered the tunnels and arrested the thieves. Read my latest book THUGS. It's easy. Just click.
